Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease that can cause serious complications, even death, and remains a public health issue in Indonesia., especially in tropical areas. Dengue cases in the work area of one health center in bandar lampung city are still found every year with a not yet optimal Larva-Free Rate (LFR). This study aimed to investigate the influence of physical environment control and community actions on the incidence of dengue fever work area of one health center in bandar lampung city. The type of research is quantitative with a case-control technique. The research sample consisted of 136 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted univariately, bivariately using the chi-square test, and multivariately using multiple logistic regression. The research results show that air temperature (p=0.000), air humidity (p=0.001), water containers (p=0.003), mosquito repellent use (p=0.000), and mosquito nets (p=0.024) are associated with the incidence of dengue fever (DBD). The most dominant variable affecting the incidence of DBD is air humidity (aOR=13.001; 95%CI=2.804–60.277), followed by air temperature (aOR=8.521; 95%CI=2.902–25.021) and mosquito repellent use (aOR=6.739; 95%CI=2.547–17.830). It is concluded that the control of the physical environment and community actions influence the incidence of dengue fever work area of one health center in bandar lampung city. The community is advised to maintain a healthy home environment and regularly take measures to prevent dengue hemorrhagic fever
