Rapid digital transformation in the industrial sector has reshaped employee work patterns and intensified the use of information technology in daily tasks. While digitalisation improves operational efficiency, intensive technology use may generate psychological pressure known as technostress, which, combined with psychosocial workload, potentially reduces employee productivity. This study aimed to analyse the effect of technostress and psychosocial workload, both partially and simultaneously, on employee productivity at PT. X Batam City in the digital transformation era of 2026. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was applied to 32 permanent employees working with digital-based systems, selected through total sampling. Data were collected using standardised questionnaires adapted from the Technostress Creators Scale, the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire, and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire, and analysed univariately, bivariately using Spearman rank correlation, and simultaneously using multiple correlation and the F test in SPSS version 27. The results showed that most respondents experienced moderate technostress, moderate psychosocial workload, and moderate productivity. Technostress and psychosocial workload were each significantly and negatively correlated with productivity, and simultaneously contributed to work productivity. These findings imply that companies need integrated technostress management and psychosocial work design improvement to sustain employee productivity and wellbeing.References
