Building Information Modeling (BIM) 4D is an extension of BIM that integrates three-dimensional models with the time dimension to improve construction planning and Schedule visualization. This study aims to implement BIM 4D for the structural works of the Adventist Hospital Building Project in Manado through 3D modeling, Quantity Take-Off, scheduling, and construction simulation. A case study approach was employed using structural drawings, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and the project Schedule as the primary data sources. The structural model was developed in Autodesk Revit 2025, the project Schedule was prepared in Microsoft Project, and the integration of geometry and time was performed in Autodesk Navisworks Manage using the TimeLiner feature. The results demonstrate that the BIM 3D model successfully represents all structural elements while automatically generating consistent quantity data. Furthermore, the integration of the model with the project Schedule produces a BIM 4D simulation that effectively visualizes the construction sequence according to planned activities, improving the understanding of task relationships and project progress. Therefore, the implementation of BIM 4D provides a more effective approach for planning, coordinating, and evaluating structural construction Schedules than conventional scheduling methods.4848-4858 -

This study aims to determine the relationship between household waste management and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Wineru Village, East Likupang Subdistrict. This study employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design involving 80 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire regarding household waste management and the history of DHF incidence, which were then analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with Fisher’s Exact Test at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the majority of respondents had good household waste management (62.5%), while 37.5% had poor waste management. The bivariate analysis indicated a significant relationship between household waste management and DHF incidence (p = 0.005), with a Prevalence Ratio (PR) of 6.667 (95% CI: 1.515–29.342). This means that respondents with poor waste management are 6.667 times more likely to experience DHF, either themselves or among family members living in the same household, compared to those with good household waste management. In conclusion, household waste management is associated with DHF incidence in Wineru Village; therefore, community education and empowerment are required to improve waste management as a DHF prevention effort.

Timely completion of a construction project is one indicator of project success, whereas delays tend to increase execution costs and postpone the utilization of the building. This study aims to analyze the execution duration and critical path of the existing condition of the construction project of the North Sulawesi Regional Police building, and to calculate the magnitude of time acceleration and the percentage of duration efficiency achievable through the application of the fast track method. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data consisting of the master schedule/S-curve, weekly and monthly reports, network diagram/precedence diagram method (PDM), and the project budget plan. The analysis was carried out in stages, including identification of activities and durations, preparation of the network diagram and determination of the critical path using Microsoft Project software, analysis of the potential for activity overlapping on the critical path, and rescheduling of the project. The results show that the project execution duration under field conditions was 160 working days. After the fast track method was applied to several critical path activities by changing the predecessor relationship from finish-to-start to start-to-start, the project duration could be shortened to 137 working days, an acceleration of 23 working days (14.4%). This study concludes that the fast track method is effective as a strategy for accelerating the execution time of multi-story building construction projects without a significant increase in resources, provided it is accompanied by adequate coordination and quality control.4867-4873 -

Toddlers are a population group undergoing rapid growth and development, making optimal nutritional intake essential. Nutritional problems among toddlers remain a public health challenge, including in Southeast Minahasa Regency, where the prevalence of stunting was 21.9% and wasting was 8.1% based on the 2024 Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI). Food intake and feeding practices are important factors influencing the nutritional status of toddlers, as inappropriate feeding practices that do not meet children's nutritional needs may increase the risk of both undernutrition and overnutrition. This quantitative study employed an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in three coastal villages of Belang District involving 55 children aged 6–59 months selected using a total sampling technique. Feeding practices were assessed using the Child Feeding Questionnaire (CFQ), while nutritional status was determined using Weight-for-Age (WAZ) and Weight-for-Length/Height (WHZ) indices according to WHO standards. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses. Bivariate analysis was performed using the Pearson correlation test after confirming data normality through a normality test. Most mothers applied appropriate feeding practices (83.6%). The prevalence of underweight (WAZ) was 21.8% (7.3% severely underweight; 14.5% underweight) and wasting (WHZ) was 16.4% (5.5% severely wasted; 10.9% wasted). Pearson correlation test showed a significant positive relationship with moderate strength between feeding practices and WAZ nutritional status (r = 0.396; p = 0.003). Likewise, there was a significant positive relationship with weak strength between feeding practices and WHZ nutritional status (r = 0.294; p = 0.029). There is a significant relationship between feeding practices and toddler nutritional status based on both WAZ and WHZ indices in the coastal area of Belang District.

The increasingly fierce competition in electric vehicles in Indonesia requires manufacturers to implement effective marketing communication strategies to introduce products and strengthen brand position. This study aims to identify and analyze BYD Indonesia’s marketing communication strategy as “Indonesia EV Sales No. 1” at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design and a constructivist paradigm. Primary data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three purposively selected informants, namely the Head of Marketing of BYD Harmony Auto, the GIIAS 2025 organizing committee, and consumers who purchased BYD at the exhibition, while secondary data were obtained from books, journal articles, and media publications. The analysis follows the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with source triangulation to test data trustworthiness. The analytical framework uses eight elements of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), namely advertising, public relations, direct marketing, personal selling, sales promotion, word of mouth, events and experiences, and interactive marketing. The results show that BYD combined digital campaigns and offline promotions, media cooperation, follow-up via WhatsApp and telephone, the role of salespeople as the brand’s front line, ownership promotion packages, user recommendations, test drives and immersive booth design, and TikTok live streaming. The integration of these elements conveyed consistent messages and supported awareness and purchase intention, although market education about electric vehicles remained a challenge. These findings enrich the study of event-based marketing communication and provide practical references for electric vehicle manufacturers.4892-4905 -

Nutritional problems among toddlers remain a public health challenge. One factor influencing toddlers' nutritional status is the feeding practices of parents or caregivers. Appropriate feeding practices help meet toddlers' nutritional requirements according to their age, whereas inappropriate practices may increase the risk of nutritional problems. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between feeding practices and the nutritional status of toddlers in the coastal area of Bolaang Timur Subdistrict. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional study design. The study included 53 toddlers aged 24–59 months who were selected using a total sampling technique based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Feeding practices were assessed using the Child Feeding Questionnaire (CFQ), while nutritional status was determined through anthropometric measurements based on the weight-for-age (WFA) and weight-for-height (WFH) indices according to the Child Anthropometry Standards. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Chi-square test (Continuity Correction) at a significance level of α=0.05. Most respondents (60.4%) had inappropriate feeding practices. Statistical analysis showed no significant association between feeding practices and nutritional status based on either the WFA index (p=0.429) or the WFH index (p=0.084). Feeding practices were not significantly associated with toddlers' nutritional status. Nevertheless, parents or caregivers should continue to implement age-appropriate feeding practices that meet toddlers' nutritional needs to support optimal growth and development.4906-4913 -

Climate variability influences the growth, activity, and transmission capacity of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in spreading the dengue virus through changes in temperature, rainfall, and humidity, which directly affect disease dynamics within communities. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between climate variability and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in North Sulawesi during 2020–2024, in order to understand the epidemiological patterns influenced by tropical climatic factors. This research employed an analytical time series design using the Generalized Linear Model (GLM), ARIMA, and Monte Carlo Simulation, conducted between September and October 2025. The GLM analysis was used to identify linear relationships among variables, ARIMA to model trends and seasonal patterns of DHF cases, and Monte Carlo simulation to estimate uncertainty in the results. The findings revealed a significant relationship between climatic factors and DHF incidence, with rainfall identified as the most dominant variable compared to temperature and humidity. High rainfall generates water collections that serve as breeding sites for mosquitoes, while temperature and humidity enhance vector survival and biting activity. These findings highlight that changes in climate patterns, particularly increased rainfall, can serve as an early indicator in dengue surveillance and prevention systems. Thus, climate variability has been proven to influence the incidence of DHF in North Sulawesi during the 2020–2024 period

Construction activities significantly contribute to natural resource consumption and waste generation, making the implementation of green construction principles increasingly important, particularly in continued projects that were previously halted. This study aims to identify the aspects of construction implementation that have and have not met green construction indicators, and to analyze the level of implementation in the aspects of structure, material, and construction waste management at the Metland Marron Hotel Construction Project in Tomohon, which was halted in 2020 and resumed in 2025. The study employed a quantitative descriptive method with an evaluative approach based on an assessment model consisting of 15 indicators on a 0–2 scoring scale, with data collected through field observation, project documentation, and questionnaires administered to five respondents in managerial and supervisory positions. The results show that the overall level of green construction implementation reached 79.3 percent, categorized as good. The structural aspect achieved the highest score (90.0%) through the reuse of existing structures without demolition, followed by construction waste management (82.0%), while the material aspect obtained the lowest score (66.0%) due to limited use of environmentally friendly fabricated materials and local suppliers. This study concludes that continued construction projects have greater opportunities to implement green construction principles compared to new projects because they can utilize existing structures, although sustainable material management still requires further attention from project implementers.4925-4931 -

This study aims to analyze the framing of Tribun Timur's reporting on the contestation of RT and RW elections in Makassar using Robert M. Entman's framing model and to describe the social construction of reality presented through the reporting. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research object consisted of Tribun Timur news texts, with five news articles purposively selected based on thematic relevance, reporting period, and research focus. Data were collected through documentation and literature review, then analyzed using Entman's four framing devices: define problems, diagnose causes, make moral judgment, and treatment recommendation. The findings show that Tribun Timur framed the RT and RW election contestation by emphasizing regulations, election mechanisms, candidacy, campaigns, competition among candidates, public participation, and security. The social construction of reality was formed through the processes of externalization, objectivation, and internalization, presenting the RT and RW elections as a form of local democracy conducted through procedural mechanisms while involving social dynamics. This study concludes that Tribun Timur's framing does not merely present factual information about the elections but also constructs a framework for understanding leadership contestation at the neighborhood level.4932-4947 -

Worldwide, hospitals and other health-care facilities are among the largest institutional consumers of energy and generators of carbon emissions, which explains the growing push for these buildings to operate more sustainably. This paper examines how well the emerging Advent Hospital Manado design measures up against the green-building benchmarks contained in GREENSHIP New Building Version 1.2. As the building is still early in construction, only the Design Recognition (DR) stage was assessed, capping the achievable score at 77 points. Evidence was drawn from a review of planning documents—the Detailed Engineering Design (DED), the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and the not-yet-finalized technical specifications (RKS)—together with on-site inspection used to corroborate the paperwork. Scoring placed the design at 27 out of 77 points (35.06 percent), a result that clears the threshold for an indicative Bronze rating. Sensitivity testing indicates the score has room to climb toward a Gold rating of 48 points, provided the mechanical team runs thermal simulations, the basement sump is converted into a dual-plumbing setup for recycled water, and formal environmental-management procedures are put in place. Taken together, these results show that the preliminary design already satisfies core sustainability principles, though confirming its real-world operational performance will have to wait until the building is finished and in use.4948-4954 -

The current rapid pace of development will continue to accelerate due to the growing demand for buildings—such as residential homes, hospitals, offices, commercial buildings, schools, and many others—in today’s society. Consequently, as the construction sector continues to expand, effective time and cost management are essential for ongoing projects. A project is considered successful if it is completed on time and meets the planned quality standards. Time and cost management can be achieved using the Earned Value method, which measures how closely the project is progressing according to plan. In the implementation of the Paniki Apartment Building construction project, the schedule did not align with the planned timeline because from week 1 through week 21, there were delays relative to the planned schedule. This is indicated by a negative Schedule Variance (SV) value of -Rp 538,627,008.57, or a Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 0.94 < 1. Meanwhile, the project’s schedule performance in weeks 22 and 25 was ahead of the planned schedule, as indicated by a positive Schedule Variance (SV) of Rp. 246,477,755.02 or a Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 1,02 > 1,2.4955-4966 -

The study aims to (1) analyze the representation of the value of unity based on the third principle of Pancasila in the procession of the Sekaten tradition and (2) identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and was conducted at the Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat Palace. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving eleven informants comprising palace relatives (sentono dalem), palace servants (abdi dalem), religious leaders, government representatives, traders, and visitors. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that, first, the value of unity in the Sekaten tradition is represented through cultural symbols, rituals, and social interactions involving various segments of society regardless of their backgrounds. This value is reflected in togetherness, tolerance, mutual cooperation, and collective participation throughout the various stages of the procession. Second, the supporting factors for the representation of the value of unity include the active role of the Palace, government support, and community participation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include the influence of globalization, limited understanding of cultural values among the younger generation, and the dominance of entertainment aspects in the implementation of Sekaten. The study concludes that the Sekaten tradition functions not only as a cultural ritual but also as a means of internalizing the value of unity in accordance with the third principle of Pancasila, as well as a source of culturally based learning for Pancasila and Civic Education.4975-4994 -

Delays in construction project implementation can affect project success, so effective time acceleration efforts are needed. This study aims to analyze the acceleration of construction time on the Kairagi Mas Office Building Construction Project in Manado using the Fast Track method. The research used a quantitative approach with secondary data consisting of the time schedule, S-curve, and bill of quantities (RAB). The critical path was determined using the Critical Path Method (CPM) with the assistance of Microsoft Project, and activities on the critical path were then rearranged to overlap, with a maximum acceleration limit of 50% of the predecessor activity's duration. The analysis showed that the critical path consists of the foundation work through the LMR structure work, with a duration of 540 days. Of the nine pairs of activities analyzed, six pairs could be fully accelerated, while three pairs had already reached the maximum acceleration limit. After applying Fast Track, the critical path duration was reduced to 285 days, a reduction of 255 days (47.2%), and the overall duration of the structural work decreased from 432 days to 285 days (147 days or 34.0%). It can be concluded that the Fast Track method is effective in accelerating construction project implementation without adding labor or materials.4995-5003 -

Bali has long been recognized as one of the world’s most renowned tourist destinations, offering a unique combination of natural beauty, rich culture, and engaging tourism experiences. However, emerging challenges related to tourists’ health have also become a concern during visits to Bali, one of which is a phenomenon commonly referred to as “Bali Belly.” Based on this phenomenon, the present study aims to explore the dynamics of international tourists’ experiences related to Bali Belly during their visit to Bali. This study employed a qualitative research method, with interviews used as the primary data collection technique, conducted in several areas in Bali, including Badung and Denpasar. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis, resulting in the identification of four major themes: tourists’ perceptions of Bali Belly, symptoms experienced due to Bali Belly, factors influencing the occurrence of Bali Belly, and responses and emotional reactions after experiencing Bali Belly. The findings indicate that most tourists do not perceive Bali Belly as a serious health threat, but rather as a common digestive disturbance that may occur in various countries. Factors such as food hygiene, types of food consumed, environmental conditions, as well as differences in climate and bodily adaptation were found to influence tourists’ experiences of Bali Belly. In conclusion, Bali Belly is generally regarded as a normal part of the travel experience that does not diminish Bali’s positive image as a tourist destination.5004-5016 -

Quantity takeoff (QTO) for industrial buildings is frequently performed using two-dimensional drawings, often amidst frequent design revisions. This study aims to establish an integration workflow from Autodesk Revit models to Glodon Cubicost TAS and TRB via the IFC format, calculate concrete volumes and reinforcement weights for structural works, measure the variance against the project's Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and identify the causes of these discrepancies. The research utilizes a case study of a 9,180 m² industrial building. Structural elements—including pile caps, tie beams, columns, beams, and corbels—were modeled in Revit based on construction drawings, exported to the IFC 2x3 format, and subsequently analyzed using Cubicost TAS for concrete and Cubicost TRB for reinforcement. BIM-based calculations yielded a concrete volume of 1,238.470 m³ and a reinforcement weight of 273,203.9 kg. Both figures exceeded the BoQ values across all items, with total variances of 22.5% for concrete and 42.2% for reinforcement. Concrete variances ranged from 8.9% for beams to 51.4% for pile caps, while reinforcement variances ranged from 23.0% for pile caps to 53.7% for columns. A verification using the net length method on the lower K3 column revealed that TRB calculated a 32,7 % higher weight because it accounted for lap splices, starter bars, anchorage, and hooks. While the integration of Revit and Cubicost is viable for structural work, reinforcement data requires re-inputting in TRB, and non-standard elements—such as corbels—are not yet recognized as parametric elements.5063-5073 -

Hygiene and sanitation in the workplace, particularly in canteen areas, are important for controlling biological hazards and protecting workers’ health. The presence of flies in the canteen area is an environmental condition that requires attention. This study aimed to describe digestive disorder complaints among workers and identify bacteria in flies found in the mining canteen of PT X, Southeast Minahasa. This descriptive observational study involved 40 respondents from a population of 220 workers selected using purposive sampling. Digestive disorder complaints were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate analysis. One housefly (Musca domestica) sample was examined through bacterial culture, isolation, PCR, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. A total of 36 respondents (90.0%) experienced mild complaints, 2 respondents (5.0%) reported no complaints, and 2 respondents (5.0%) experienced moderate complaints. No severe complaints were found. The most frequently reported complaints were diarrhea (50.0%), excessive flatulence (47.5%), changes in bowel habits (45.0%), and abdominal bloating (42.5%). Laboratory examination identified Providencia vermicola in one housefly sample based on 16S rRNA gene analysis. Most respondents experienced mild digestive disorder complaints, and Providencia vermicola was identified in one housefly sample. The bacterial finding cannot be used to establish the cause of digestive disorder complaints among workers. The findings may provide preliminary information for managing biological hazards through hygiene, sanitation, and vector control in the canteen environment.5074-5084 -

Stunting prevention during the first 1,000 days of life requires a comprehensive approach that extends beyond biomedical and nutritional interventions by considering cultural norms, family authority, and local beliefs that influence feeding practices, breastfeeding, postpartum care, and child-rearing. This study aimed to explore local traditions and cultural wisdom related to maternal and child health, identify cultural practices that support or hinder stunting prevention, and develop an integrated culture-based intervention model in Tidore Islands City. A descriptive qualitative study with a participatory approach was conducted. Twenty-five informants were purposively selected from seven categories: pregnant women, postpartum mothers, community/religious leaders, village midwives, health cadres, mothers with children aged 0–24 months, and traditional leaders (Sowohi). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and stakeholder validation discussions, and were analyzed thematically using Braun and Clarke’s approach. Five main themes emerged: intergenerational gaps in understanding stunting and the first 1,000 days of life; food taboos and early introduction of complementary foods; the dual role of local cultural practices, including supportive practices (Bakera, Bafufu, Kuah Rujak and Sou Boso, Doa Rasai, and Suba) and potentially harmful practices (Barahu); the role of traditional leaders as cultural legitimizers; and cultural gathering points as strategic spaces for integrated nutrition education. The proposed model integrates midwives, health cadres, traditional and religious leaders, and family members through social and religious gatherings. A culture-based approach that preserves positive traditions while addressing potentially harmful practices may strengthen the sustainability of stunting prevention efforts in Tidore Islands City.

Public Street Lighting (PSL) plays a vital role in ensuring safety and supporting the continuity of nighttime transportation operations, particularly in port areas. This study aims to analyze the illuminance level of the public street lighting system on the KITB Batang Port Trestle by comparing the results of DIALux evo simulations with field measurements conducted using a digital lux meter. A descriptive quantitative method with a comparative approach was employed based on 44 observation points. The simulation results indicated an average illuminance (Eavg) of 35 lux, a minimum illuminance (Emin) of 17 lux, a maximum illuminance (Emax) of 69 lux, and a lighting uniformity (Uo) of 0.471. Meanwhile, field measurements showed an average illuminance of 44.07 lux, ranging from 30 to 100 lux. The comparison between the simulation and field measurement results demonstrated a satisfactory level of agreement, although differences were observed due to lamp lumen depreciation, installation conditions, road surface reflectance, and environmental factors. The findings indicate that integrating DIALux evo simulation with field measurements is an effective approach for evaluating the performance of public street lighting systems and can serve as a reliable basis for design optimization, maintenance planning, and improving operational safety in port infrastructure.
